    Description:
    Each Cocoa Cuddle Bear is lovingly handmade using cold porcelain clay that I carefully make by hand. The full process takes up to a week, allowing each piece to dry, set, and be finished with care. To finish, every bear is coated with a layer of resin, giving it a smooth, glossy shine and a polished look. 

    Your Cocoa Cuddle Bear is carefully crafted by hand, so no two are exactly the same.🧸🤎

    Care:

    Each item is made with the highest attention to quality and care; however, due to the nature of handmade items, gentle use is recommended.

    If your item arrives damaged or defective, please provide a clear unboxing video to be eligible for a replacement or refund.

    Domestic shipping: 3–15 business days
    International shipping: 2–6 weeks depending on location and customs.

    Please note that once shipped, delivery is handled by the postal service and delays or lost packages are out of my control.
